DubaiTicketDeals is operated by SOAR Consultancy FZ-LLC, a company registered and licensed in the United Arab Emirates.

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator
• Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us

3.2 Payment Processing

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• A payment processing fee of 3.5% + AED 2.00 is added to all transactions
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment gateway

3.3 Ticket Delivery

4.1 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by tour operator and are specified on each tour page
• Most tours allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled activity
• To cancel a booking, contact us at support@dubaiticketdeals.com with your booking reference
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges

4.2 Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking
• Refund amounts exclude the payment processing fee charged at the time of booking
• Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control

4.3 Modifications

• Booking modifications are subject to availability and tour operator approval
• Changes must be requested at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled activity
• Additional charges may apply for modifications depending on the tour operator's policy

• Discount codes are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion
• Only one discount code can be used per booking unless explicitly stated
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time
• Fraudulent use of discount codes may result in booking cancellation without refund

• You must arrive at the tour location on time as specified in your booking confirmation
• You are responsible for checking visa requirements and ensuring valid travel documents
• You must comply with all health and safety requirements specified by tour operators
• Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated
• You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking

• SOAR Consultancy FZ-LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and tour operators
• Tour operators are responsible for the delivery and quality of services
• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during tours and activities
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking

• All content on DubaiTicketDeals website is owned by SOAR Consultancy FZ-LLC or licensed to us
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Tour descriptions and images are provided by tour operators and remain their property
